The Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre has undergone a major $7M redevelopment based on a 2008 SGL facility redevelopment report. This project involved reviewing and developing a new commercial governance and management model that would meet the centres required operational usage and financial returns as well as assist with repayment of loans.

Frankston Regional Aquatic Centre Funding Strategy

Frankston City Council (FCC) is planning to build a major regional aquatic leisure centre to meet the needs of its residents and surrounding regional population. Detailed design and costing indicated this centre was likely to cost $46.350M and as this was well beyond the financial capacities of Council to fund SGL was commissioned to complete a funding strategy that aimed to attract up to 50% of the development cost from other sources.

Armadale Golf Course Facilities Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study

Prepared for the City of Armadale (WA), this project provided an assessment of the need for golf facilities within the City. Once the need had been established, a Feasibility Study was prepared to determine the viability of proposals to meet current and future golf facility needs of local residents.

Adelaide Aquatic Centre Feasibility Study

A series of three projects were conducted for Adelaide City Council. The first reviewed the role of Adelaide Aquatic Centre as a regional community facility. Subsequently, additional feasibility studies were undertaken to assess the impact of the proposed development of a new State Aquatic Centre. Finally a business plan was prepared which involved substantial refocussing and redevelopment of the facility.
